The 2024 PGRO Descriptive Lists for combining peas show that NPZ UK varieties continue to offer pulse growers a wide choice to meet their yield, agronomy and marketing priorities.

Carrington is the top yielding green pea on the PGRO DL along with Butterfly, Stroma and Bluetime. Concerto is the top-yielding yellow pea plus high yielding Orchestra. Takayama and Akooma are high-yielding marrowfats.

Looking to the future, we have a range of promising Candidates for the DL in the pipeline - including combining pea varieties to do our part in developing the UK pulse crop in the future.
